About Us

About Ministry of Finance:

The Department of Revenue of the Ministry of Finance is responsible for the management, analysis and evaluation of revenue policies, providing technical facilities to institutions, facilitating the steps to be taken, expanding public and private partnerships, and performing other tasks. It operates within the framework of the Ministry of Finance.

The government of Afghanistan is considering to finance the services and public institutions through public and private partnership, the lack of standard physical facilities, the lack of access to low-standard public services, the lack of development projects, the lack of services. and to find solutions to the problems of the low capacity of government institutions in the areas of public institutions and dependence on foreign aid.

In the same way, not using the opportunities available in the country, as well as the lack of good investment opportunities for the domestic and foreign private sector at the country level, are the problems that the government of Afghanistan is facing. Therefore, the government of Afghanistan can solve these problems through public and private partnership.

Our vision:

Creating a culture of voluntary compliance based on self-assessment of knowledgeable taxpayers.

Providing professional and timely responsive services by knowledgeable and experienced staff.

Department of General Revenue

The Department of General Revenue of the Ministry of Finance is responsible for managing policies, analysis and evaluation, providing technical services for departments and simplifying work processes, expanding public-private partnerships and performing other services within the framework of the Ministry of Finance.

The government of Afghanistan intends to eliminate the lack of physical infrastructure, lack of access to basic services, lack of development projects, provision of services and low capacity in the public infrastructure sector and reliance on foreign aid through public-private partnership by financing public services and infrastructure. .

Likewise, non-use of the opportunities available in the country and lack of investment opportunities for the private sector are external and internal problems that the Afghan government is facing. Therefore, the government of Afghanistan can solve these problems to a large extent through public and private partnership.

My perspective

1- Creating a culture of voluntary compliance based on self-assessment of taxpayers.

2- Providing professional and responsive services through expert staff.
